Shipping & Returns

   Due to wine shipping laws, we can currently only accept online orders for wine shipping to the following states: Alaska, Arizona, California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Louisiana, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Washington, West Virginia and Wisconsin. With constantly changing wine laws and pending lawsuits, please check back to see if your state has been added to those we can ship to. Accessories can be shipped to all 50 states.

   All orders will ship within 1-2 business days from date of purchase provided all items are in stock. If an item or items are not available customer will be notified via e-mail or phone of delay and estimated shipping date. Customer will also be notified if item ordered is no longer available.

All wine shipments are sent out with an Adult Signature Required (21 or older).

   Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee. Next and Second Day services are available. These orders must be received before 1PM Pacific Time to ship same day and inventory in stock. Additional fees can be calculated based on shipment and Zip Code being shipped to.

   Meritage reserves the right to delay shipments based upon weather conditions. During the hot summer months or cold winter months it is recommended that you ship your wine Next or Second Day and avoid periods of extreme weather. We cannot predict the weather and are not responsible for damage due to weather conditions. We avoid shipments outside of California late in the week. We try and ship out of state orders on Monday to arrive before the weekend to protect the wine as much as possible. Most UPS shipments are delivered within 5 business days. Typical UPS orders within the state of California usually arrive within 1-3 business days. Allow up to 10 business days to receive your order. UPS tracking number will be emailed to purchasers email and can be tracked via the UPS website (http//www.ups.com).

   Shipping costs include the proper packaging as well as the cost of shipment via UPS. It is always recommended that you send your wine shipments to a Business address to ensure delivery on the first attempt since an Adult Signature is required.

   Shipping costs are calculated based upon total package weight and shipping location. This information is queried from UPS on an order by order basis to ensure accurate shipping rates.

RETURNS

   All wine and liquor sales are final. Customer satisfaction is a primary concern for Meritage Wine Market and we will evaluate any issues regarding wine or liquor sales on a case by case basis. Any issue can be e-mailed to sales@meritagewinemarket.com or via phone to 866-679-WINE(9463) within 14 days of purchase.

   All non-wine and liquor sales can be returned within 30 days of purchase provided item is in original packaging, unused and undamaged. Refund does not include shipping costs incurred during original shipment or upon return. Please contact Meritage via e-mail or phone (866-679-9463) to obtain return authorization code before returning any item.
