This wine is a marriage of the silky and spicy Syrah and full, rich, creamy Cabernet Sauvignon grown on Mary Rocca’s Estate Vineyard. The grapes were picked at the perfect ripeness to ensure the balance of rich flavor, velvety texture and powerful complexity. Many of you are familiar with Rocca’s Napa Valley Cabernet and some the Syrah, but the blending of the two by master mixologist Celia Masyczek again proves why she is considered one of the brightest winemakers in Napa Valley. Celia has taken her reputation and technique from the likes of Staglin, Hollywood & Vine, DR Stephens and Husic (to name a few) and paired it with the high intensity, perfectionist viticulture practiced by the Rocca’s to offer one of Napa’s fast rising stars. Rich, chewy with silky integrated tannins, this wine has all the mid-palate weight from the Syrah and all of the ripe, dark berry complexity from the Cabernet. We tempt you to miss this one!!!!
